"To The Moon And Back" содержит три новых песни - "Ghost Of John", в которой впервые можно услышать вокал Отем Блэкмор (Autumn Blackmore), шестилетней дочери Блэкмора и Найт, "Land Of Hope and Glory", переработка британского патриотического гимна "Pomp And Circumstance March No. 1", написанного в 1902 году, и кавер-версия знаменитой песни RAINBOW "I Surrender" с вокалом Найт. Кроме того, в сборник вошли перезаписанные версии популярных песен "Moonlight Shadow", "Somewhere Over The Sea", "Coming Home" и "Writing On The Wall".
